Pooneet Kant

Pooneet Kant's work experience begins in 2007 at J.P. Morgan, where they served as an Associate until 2011. In 2011, they briefly interned at Sullivan Vineyards and worked in Business Development & Marketing at GiftRocket. In 2012, they held the role of Associate Intern at Driehaus Private Equity and then became the Head of Product & Marketing at Winestyr. From 2013 to 2016, Kant worked at Uber, starting as General Manager and then progressing to Head of Central U.S. Expansion and Head of Strategy & Expansion, Central U.S. + Canada. At Compass, they held various positions from 2016 to 2023, including Director of Growth & Strategy, Senior Director of Expansion, VP of Head of Product Strategy & Operations, VP of Head of Product, and finally SVP of New Business. In 2023, they joined Maven Clinic as SVP of Operations.

Pooneet Kant has an A.B. degree in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College. Pooneet later pursued an MBA degree at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. No specific start or end years are provided for either of these educational experiences.
