Currently serving as the Head of Growth at Maven.Pet since January 2022, Joana leads initiatives to enhance community engagement and support a B2B business model. Previous roles at Maven.Pet include Growth Manager and Communications Lead, focusing on innovative pet care solutions through technology. Prior to Maven.Pet, Joana held the position of Head of Marketing Communications at Bond Touch, where responsibilities included content creation and social media management. Additional experience encompasses roles in journalism, consulting, and brand ambassadorship across notable companies such as BNP Paribas and KPMG. Joana holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Management from Nova School of Business and Economics, with additional studies at the University of Navarra.
