Olha Babichuk

Olha Babichuk began their work experience in 2003 as a Project Assistant for DAI Support for Economic and Fiscal Reform Project. Olha then moved on to European Competence Ltd in 2005, where they served as a Project Manager and was responsible for coordinating the Democracy and Public Service Capacity Building in Ukraine Project. In 2007, Olha joined the Business School at Lviv Institute of Management as the Head of Programs and Projects, overseeing the organization of the learning process for MBA programs and managing faculty recruitment. In 2012, they became a Manager at Maven Research, a global knowledge marketplace, and later progressed to the position of Director of Operations. Currently, Olha holds the role of Country Head for Ukraine at Maven Research, where they empower teams to solve problems and drive innovation by connecting them with industry professionals and experts.

Olha Babichuk received their Bachelor's degree in Statistics from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in 2003. Olha then pursued a Master's degree in Project Management from the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, which they completed in 2005.
