Victoria Gerber, PE, has over 24 years of work experience in various roles related to environmental protection, sustainability, and engineering. Victoria currently serves as the ESG Compliance Manager at Maverick Natural Resources and as a Member of the Board of Advisors at GET Global Energy Transition.

Prior to their current positions, Victoria worked at Eni for nearly 9 years, where they held several roles including Environmental Protection & IMS Manager, Interim VP SEQ, and Environmental Protection Manager. In these positions, they led decarbonization efforts through GHG reduction, energy efficiency, ISO 50001 implementation, and local CO2 Management Committee efforts. Victoria also played a key role in the development and execution of KBR's Sustainability Reports and integrated GRI indicators into the company's second report.

Earlier in their career, Victoria worked at Jones & Carter, Inc. as a Project Engineer, where they managed water/wastewater projects and served as the District Engineer for the Malcomson Road Utility District. Victoria also gained experience as an Engineering Intern at CP&Y, Inc., HSE Intern at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, and HSE Intern at Brown & Root Industrial Services, LLC.

Victoria Gerber, PE holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Texas Tech University. Victoria obtained their Professional Engineer certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in June 2007 and the Mississippi Board of Licensure in January 2012.
