John Jones

John Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. John began their career in 1998 as a Technical Associate at Sprint, where they provided support and maintenance for customer mobile devices. John also managed merchandise and conducted inventory audits.

In 2014, John joined MAVERICK Technologies, A Rockwell Automation Company, as an Engineering Support Resource, responsible for commissioning control systems in new IC-Fabs. John then progressed to an Engineer I/II role, specializing in the development and validation of PLC/HMI control systems for pharma clients while adhering to GMP guidelines. John also gained experience in project proposal documents, design specifications, I&C drawings, and FAT/SAT checkouts.

In 2019, John transitioned to a Project Manager role at MAVERICK, where they managed team members, schedules, customer deliverables, and financials for process automation projects, focusing on the Life Science industries. Currently, they serve as a Senior Engineer within MAVERICK's Automation Solutions Group, continuing to focus on the Life Science sector and combining their engineering and project management skills to deliver validated PLC/HMI control systems to pharma clients under GMP change control.

John Jones attended the Oregon Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Renewable Energy Engineering. In July 2013, they also obtained the certification of Engineering Intern from the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering and Land Surveying.
