Daniel H.

Daniel H. has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Daniel started their career as a Sales Executive at Sitel in 2000, where they worked until 2003. Daniel then joined Hurford Salvi Carr as a Regional Leasing Manager, focusing on sales and leasing responsibilities in Canary Wharf, London. In 2007, Daniel became a Senior Sales Consultant at Sherwoods International Property, specializing in off-plan and secondary market property sales in Dubai and other parts of the United Arab Emirates.

Daniel's career then took him to Engel & Völkers, where they worked as a Regional Sales Manager from December 2007 to December 2009. Daniel then joined Santa Fe Relocation Services as a Senior Business Development Manager, responsible for relocation services for domestic and international inbound clients. From December 2009 to April 2011, Daniel played a key role in growing and expanding the business's key accounts.

In 2012, Daniel became a Senior Portfolio Manager at Allgemeiner Grund & Boden Fundus Vermittlungsgesellschaft mbH. In this role, they researched and sourced new property sales opportunities for acquisition and sale of building investments in Germany, the UK, and other European gateway cities. Daniel also managed service apartment construction and refurbishment projects in Berlin, Germany, and Riga, Latvia.

In 2014, Daniel joined The Apartment Service as a Global Supply Chain Manager. Daniel focused on identifying and capturing opportunities for new business development and market growth, while also managing global corporate housing solutions for clients. Daniel played a key role in building new market presence, expanding existing supply networks, and increasing the client base.

Most recently, Daniel worked at Maverick Trading as a Foreign Exchange Trader, starting in June 2016.

From 1996 to 2000, Daniel H. attended Kingston University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History.
