Augustus Campbell

Augustus Campbell currently serves as Consulting Counsel at Maverick Water Group, focusing on strategic issues and engagement following their previous role as General Counsel, where management of legal, risk, procurement, and compliance issues was emphasized. As Managing Attorney at Campbell Legal, PLLC, Augustus assists clients in water, infrastructure, and resilience matters. Previously, Augustus held positions including Executive Director of the Association of Water Board Directors - Texas, President & CEO of the West Houston Association, and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Houston, where significant contributions included drafting complex water infrastructure agreements. Military service in the United States Army Reserve included deployment to Iraq as a paralegal. Augustus holds a J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law and a B.A. in Government from Angelo State University.
