Melissa Sovic

Melissa Sovic has over a decade of experience in various human resources and talent acquisition roles. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Maverik, Inc. since December 2018, Melissa has previously held positions including Senior Manager of HR Technology and Systems, Manager of HR Projects and Technology, Human Resource Project Manager, and Learning and Development Specialist within the same company. Prior experience includes roles at Cox Automotive Inc. as Front Office/Arbitration Manager, Dealer Services/Marketing and Promotions, and TRA Manager, as well as Team Lead at American Airlines. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources from Western Governors University.
