Jackie Frysz has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Jackie is currently employed as the Head of Creative Community at Mavity, a tech startup that they joined in 2023.

Prior to this, Jackie worked as a professional photographer and producer as a freelancer at Independiente since 2012. During this time, they gained over 10 years of experience in commercial photography, specializing in product, portrait, and advertising photography. Their clients included notable companies such as Airbnb, WeWork, and Roampets. Jackie also had experience in photoshoot production, managing the creative concept, preproduction, and shooting process. Additionally, in 2015, they worked as the production director for Pirry Producciones during their expedition to the South Pacific islands.

In 2020, Jackie founded CUCU Shop, an online marketplace for baby, kids, and maternity products. Jackie served as the CEO and was responsible for developing the brand's strategic planning. Jackie successfully brought more than 40 brands on board and led a team of project managers to ensure the project's success. Jackie also played a crucial role in leading the social media visual and content strategy.

Jackie's work experience also includes volunteering at CreativeMornings from 2015 to 2017 as a part of the volunteer staff, and founding LABLOOM Photography School in 2010. As the school's General Manager, they had a hands-on approach and was involved in various departments, including commercial, marketing, finance, and administration.

Before starting their entrepreneurial journey, Jackie worked as an Associate at HSBC Banca de Empresas from 2007 to 2008.
