Avinake Khetan

Avinake Khetan has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Avinake started their career as a Summer Intern at HDFC Life in 2011, where they analyzed financial statements and completed assignments given by their project guide.

In 2012, Avinake worked as an Analyst at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®), where their responsibilities included reviewing the general ledger, analyzing expenses, and preparing balance sheet reconciliations.

From 2013 to 2020, Avinake worked at Deloitte India (Offices of the US) in various roles related to tax project management. As a Tax Consultant, they were involved in global outsource project management, including service management, transition management, and tax technology management. Avinake later progressed to the role of Tax Senior (Assistant Manager), where they managed multi-country contracts and ensured global compliance and risk mitigation.

In 2020, Avinake joined Mitratech as a Technical Project Manager. In this role, they facilitated scrum events, fostered a culture of continuous improvement, and led projects from inception to closure.

Currently, Avinake is working at mavQ as a Senior Project Manager. Avinake'sresponsibilities in this role include managing all aspects of projects, creating project plans, driving the implementation of cloud solutions, and controlling project budgets and progress.

Avinake Khetan has a diverse educational background. Avinake obtained their Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Alliance University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University, from 2006 to 2009.

During their earlier schooling years, Avinake attended Sunbeam English School in Bhagwanpur, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, where they completed their Higher Secondary education in Commerce & Computer Science from 2004 to 2006. Before that, they attended Saint Francis School in Jasidih, Deoghar, Jharkhand, where they completed their primary and secondary education from Class Nursery to Class X from 1991 to 2004.

Apart from their formal education, Avinake has also pursued various certifications.
