Haiyang Li is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Mavrck, an awarding-winning all-in-one influence marketing platform for enterprise brands. Haiyang is responsible for building entire engineering operations in Beijing and Hangzhou China. Grew engineering teams from 0 to 30+. Established Agile engineering processes supporting fast growth of the team. Built Neural Galaxy brain medical image processing pipeline to support multiple brain disorder diagnosis and treatment products.

Born out of Harvard Medical School and MIT McGovern Institute for Brain Research, with true breakthroughs in brain science, Neural Galaxy is the Brain Science Company with a mission to solve brain disorders. Haiyang Li was the VP of Engineering for 2 years and 9 months, during which they were responsible for building entire engineering operations in Beijing and Hangzhou China. Haiyang grew the engineering teams from 0 to 30+ and established Agile engineering processes that supported the fast growth of the team. Haiyang also built the Neural Galaxy brain medical image processing pipeline to support multiple brain disorder diagnosis and treatment products.

Haiyang Li was also the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Kenexa Corporation for 1 year and 10 months. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of software engineers in developing and delivering enterprise-level software solutions.

Haiyang Li has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University.

Haiyang Li holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Tsinghua University, an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and a Master of Science from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Haiyang is also a Certified ScrumMaster from ScrumAlliance and a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) from Microsoft.
