Alfred Williams serves as the owner operator of Cheesecake Creations by Chef Al, a role held since 2013, specializing in gourmet cheesecakes. In addition, Alfred has garnered extensive culinary experience as a sous chef with Max Restaurant Group since December 2017, and previously held sous chef positions at Kona Grill from April 2016 to February 2017, and as ex sous chef at Sheraton Hartford Hotel at Bradley Airport from December 2014 to June 2016. Alfred's foundational education was completed at Windsor High School.
