Jill Waller has a range of experience in the field of human resources. Jill began their career at Transtech Airport Company as a Human Resources Manager, where they handled HR responsibilities for an engineering company specializing in the aerospace market. Jill then moved on to work at The Hartford Courant as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter. Following this, Jill joined UnitedHealth Group as a Corporate Recruiter, where they served for six years. Their most recent position was at Max Hospitality, where they held the role of HR Director.

Jill Waller obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Albertus Magnus College from 2004 to 2010.
