ILIA Kaplan

Ilia Kaplan has extensive work experience in business management, industrial engineering, and factory management consulting. ILIA began their career in 1997 as an Industrial Engineering Consultant at Tefen, where they worked until 2001. From 2001 to 2006, they served as a Factory Management Consultant at MAX I.E.G. ILIA then joined National Semiconductors in 2006 as an Industrial Engineering Manager, a role they held until 2010. Since 2010, Ilia has worked as a Business Management Consultant at MAX I.E.G.

Ilia Kaplan attended the University of Southern Maine from 2008 to 2012, where they earned an MBA with a focus on International entrepreneurship and marketing. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Human Engineering at the University of Central Florida from 1999 to 2000. ILIA completed their undergraduate studies at Florida International University from 1995 to 1997, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
