Noam Butbika has extensive work experience in the banking industry, specifically with Max and Leumi Card. Noam started their career at Leumi Card in 2006 as a Customer Service Team Leader and worked their way up to become the Customer Service Centers Operation Manager and later the Customer Service Center Manager. In 2013, Noam became the Planing and Analysis Manager at Leumi Card. Since 2017, they have been working at Max (Leumi Card) as the Chief of Staff in the Service, Sales, and Digital Division and currently holds the role of Chief of Staff for Private Customers.
Noam Butbika obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Education from The Open University of Israel between 2005 and 2011.
