Jeff Waters

Jeff Waters is the Chief Executive Officer of Maxeon and, serves on its board of directors

Before being named CEO in 2020 after Maxeon's spin-off, from SunPower Corporation, Mr. Waters led SunPower Technologies business unit of SunPower from 2019, which included its non-US sales, global manufacturing, research and development.

An experienced global business, operations and sales leader, Mr. Waters joined SunPower in January 2019 from Isola, where he served as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Isola, Mr. Waters was Senior Vice President and General Manager with Altera Corporation and also held a variety of executive positions with Texas Instruments/National Semiconductor in both the United States and Japan for 18 years, including in global sales.

Mr. Waters holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, a Master’s degree in Engineering from Santa Clara University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University.
