Lindsey Wiedmann

Lindsey Wiedmann is Maxeon's Chief Legal Officer and leads their global legal and sustainability teams. During her decade with SunPower, she has supported the residential, commercial and power plant business units globally with legal teams in France, Mexico and the United States. Ms. Wiedmann was also the lead SunPower attorney for 8point3 Energy Partners LP’s initial public offering in 2015 and nearly three years of acquisitions and operational activity as a public company. Prior to joining SunPower, Ms. Wiedmann spent six years practicing project finance at Latham & Watkins LLP in San Francisco and Singapore. Ms. Wiedmann received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of California, San Diego and her Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School.
