In 2010, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Business (Honours) degree with First Class Honours from James Cook University. Lauren also holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing from the same university, which they completed in 2007-2009. Additionally, Lauren has obtained several certifications, including Hogan Certified Practitioner, Organisational Coach (Level One and Two), Everything DiSC Facilitator, HRBP Development Program Participant (BHP), and BHP Billiton Foundations for Graduates Program.
