Lauren Westbrook

Lauren Westbrook has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Lauren currently works as the Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development at Maxeon Solar Technologies, where they are responsible for developing and leading the global People strategy for a workforce of 5,000. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager Organizational Development and Talent Management at the same company.

Before joining Maxeon Solar Technologies, Lauren worked at Qantas as the National People and Culture Manager, where they led a team of HR business partners and implemented the company's people strategy for approximately 1,400 employees. Prior to that, they obtained a Certified Organisational Coach certification (Level Two) from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership in 2019. In 2010, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Business (Honours) degree with First Class Honours from James Cook University. Lauren also holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources Management and Marketing from the same university, which they completed in 2007-2009. Additionally, Lauren has obtained several certifications, including Hogan Certified Practitioner, Organisational Coach (Level One and Two), Everything DiSC Facilitator, HRBP Development Program Participant (BHP), and BHP Billiton Foundations for Graduates Program.
