Tony Spurlin

Tony Spurlin has extensive work experience in the field of technology and security. Tony'smost recent position was as the Chief Technology Officer at MAXEX, a role they assumed in October 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Security Officer at MAXEX from March 2021 to November 2023. Before joining MAXEX, Tony held the position of Vice President & Chief Security Officer at Windstream for five years, from March 2016 to February 2021. Tony also worked as the Chief Information Security Officer at Cox Automotive, Inc. from September 2012 to March 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Risk & Compliance Management at Accuvant from November 2009 to July 2012. Tony also had managerial roles at Arsenal Security Group and The Home Depot, where they gained valuable experience in information risk management.

Tony Spurlin attended Valdosta State University from 1992 to 1996, where they attained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Management Information Systems.
