The Operations Team at Maxi ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of the company's manufacturing and processing activities. Key responsibilities include overseeing sanitation protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety (Responsable Sanitation), planning and scheduling production workflows to meet demand (Planificateur Production), managing daily production processes to ensure quality and efficiency (Responsable De Production), and maintaining and optimizing IT systems that support operational activities (Responsable Informatique).
