Horacio Templo

Horacio Templo's work experience includes serving as the Vice President & Chief Actuary at Maxicare Healthcare Corporation since 2014. Prior to this, they worked as a newspaper columnist for Manila Standard Today starting in 2012. Their earlier experience includes being the Chief Actuary and Executive Vice-President at Social Security System from 1976 to 2010.

Horacio Templo holds a Master of Science (MS) in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, which they earned between 1976 and 1977. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City, from 1969 to 1973.
