Prior to that, Jean worked as Change and Release Manager at Citi from September 2002 to February 2012 and as Technology Officer at State Street from September 1996 to September 2002. Jean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, earned between 1980 and 1983.
