Rihards Palaima

Rihards Palaima has been with Maxima Latvija since December 2013, advancing from various roles, including Cashier and Shop Zone Manager, to the position of Junior Business Process Manager. In this role, Rihards has expanded the store task manager system by implementing new functionalities and has demonstrated strong knowledge of store processes and IT systems, providing support to store teams and office staff. Rihards also has experience as a Trainee in Employee Health and Safety, enhancing understanding of workplace safety protocols. Educational qualifications include a Work Safety Specialist degree from Latvijas Universitate and prior studies in Entrepreneurship and Management at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, complemented by a high school diploma from the Gramar School of Nordic Languages.
