Clare Berman

Clare Berman is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in optimizing workflows and driving innovation across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Maximum Effort since September 2021, Clare designs scalable processes and manages content planning and production budgets. Notable previous roles include working in Strategy and Innovation at IMAX, where Clare partnered with Verizon to create a network of connected theaters, and as Operations Manager at SENSEI, where Clare developed operational workflows for a health tech startup. Additional experience includes senior project management at The Players' Tribune and serving as Chief of Staff to notable executives, including the CEO of Steinway & Sons and Derek Jeter.
