Dianne Stewart is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of DEI at Maximus UK since March 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Culture and Wellbeing at LSEG from January 2022 to August 2023 and an extensive tenure at Lloyds Banking Group from May 1997 to January 2022, where Dianne held multiple key positions including Group Head of Diversity and Inclusion, Head of Change for Customer Services, and Group Disability Programme Manager. Dianne has a comprehensive background in operational excellence and training, complemented by education from Andrew Carnegie Business School from 2008 to 2009.
