Khaled Hijjawi

Khaled Hijjawi is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning more than 18 years in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Maximus since November 2022, Khaled has previously held significant positions including Senior Human Resources Manager at Jacobs and HR Manager at both IFA Hotels & Resorts and Serco. Additional roles include HR Manager at International Dairy & Juice and Del Monte Fresh Produce, as well as earlier positions in recruitment and HR generalist functions. Khaled is equipped with a foundational education in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Mamoun International College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Management from the Swiss School of Management.
