Lynze Hagan

Lynze Hagan, MBA, PMP, has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Lynze currently works as the Operations Director, Payments at Maxio, where they are involved in automating financial operations for B2B SaaS businesses. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Majesco, leading and monitoring the implementation process for large and complex client projects. Lynze also worked at EngageSmart, where they successfully managed client relationships as a Customer Success Manager and led a 10-person team as the Team Lead, Implementations. Lynze also gained valuable experience at Citibank, where they held various roles, including Project Manager for Fortune 500 companies and Client Service Officer responsible for expanding and retaining credit portfolios for large corporate clients.

Lynze Hagan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing at the University of North Florida from 2005 to 2007. Lynze also holds an Associate's degree in Marketing from Florida State College at Jacksonville, which they earned from 2002 to 2005.
