Sylwia Mankowska

Sylwia Mankowska currently serves as the Director of Operations at Maxion Therapeutics since June 2023. Prior to this role, Sylwia was the Head of Product at HexagonFab from May 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading customer relations and product development in alignment with user needs. Earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Synthesis at Camena Bioscience from June 2016 to May 2021, and holding various research and development positions at MedImmune, including R&D Associate II and R&D Associate I, focusing on novel therapeutic targets and high-throughput protein production. Sylwia holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Warsaw University of Life Sciences. Key skills include molecular biology, mammalian cell culture, antigen identification, and protein expression and purification.
