Tarlon Moghadam

Tarlon Moghadam has over 10 years of experience in the education industry. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Teacher at Irvine Music Academy, where they taught piano to students of varying ages in a studio setting and coordinated and promoted recitals. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at MaxKnowledge, Inc. in three roles: Chief Learning Officer, eLearning Manager, and Social Learning Intern. As Chief Learning Officer, they had overall responsibility for maximizing learning opportunities for career education professionals and supporting employee development needs of higher education institutions, with a special focus on training courses and certification programs that lead to increased student outcomes. In 2013, they founded and became a Teacher at Piano Edutainment, where they offered online piano lessons via leading video-conferencing tools such as Skype and FaceTime. Tarlon'sunique teaching method was designed to address the diverse needs and backgrounds of their students, taking into account age, cultural origin, learning styles, and preferences.

Tarlon Moghadam received their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior with a minor in Educational Studies from UC Irvine in 2013. In 2017, they completed a Digital Marketing Nanodegree from Udacity in the field of Marketing.
