Kathi Guiney

Kathi Guiney is the Vice President of Human Resources at MaxLinear. Prior to their current position, Kathi was an HR Advisor at Ellipse Technologies from August 2014 to July 2015, a Senior HR Advisor at Environ Strategy Consultants, Inc. from March 2014 to June 2015, and an HR Advisor at Compellon, Inc. from December 2012 to August 2021. Kathi has also been an HR Advisor at EPTDESIGN from March 2006 to October 2021, a Medelita from July 2017 to October 2021, and a National Apartment Flooring from January 2016 to September 2021.

Guiney holds a Bachelor of Science in Science and Physiology of Exercise from the University of Oregon. Kathi also has a 4.0 High School Diploma from Needham High School. In addition, they are certified by the HR Certification Institute in SPHR, Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Kathi is also certified by SHRM in SHRM-SCP and GPHR.
