Brian Pageau

Co-Founder and Advisor at MaxOne

Brian Pageau has over two decades of work experience in various industries. Brian started their career as a Caddie at Glen Oak Country Club, where they developed interpersonal skills and a love for the game of golf. Brian then worked as a Substitute Teacher at Ottawa Area Schools, covering various schools in Ottawa County.

In 2005, Brian joined Cartridge World of West Michigan as Vice President, where they provided leadership and implemented strategic initiatives to increase revenues and profitability. Brian later joined Give Studio in 2008 as a Strategist and Cheerleader, focusing on branding, design, and marketing.

In 2010, Brian joined Foresight Management as a Sales and Marketing Representative. Brian quickly moved up to the position of General Manager, responsible for managing operations. In 2015, they became the President, leading the company to champion energy management, accelerate sustainability, and increase profitability for their clients.

In 2014, Brian co-founded MaxOne, a tech start-up aimed at helping athletic coaches be more effective and efficient in running their programs. Brian currently serves as an advisor to the company.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated their expertise in leadership, strategic planning, sales, marketing, and project management. Brian is passionate about sustainability and has a strong background in energy consulting.

Brian Pageau attended Timothy Christian High School from 1996 to 1999. After completing their high school education, they enrolled in Hope College from 1999 to 2003 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
