Leah Bailey is the current General Counsel at Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC. Leah has previous experience as Senior Legal Counsel at Prime Therapeutics from November 2008 to March 2017 and as Counsel, Compliance Analyst at American Financial Printing, Inc. from October 2004 to October 2008.

In their role as Senior Legal Counsel at Prime Therapeutics, Leah advised the company’s specialty and mail order pharmacies on Board of Pharmacy regulations, anti-kickback statute, Medicare Parts B and D, 340B, HIPAA, and patient disputes. Leah developed expertise in pharmacy matters including drug safety matters, controlled substance dispensing, practice of pharmacy questions, shared service arrangements, and therapeutic interchange. Leah also advised pharmacy support functions such as Contact Center, Marketing, Product and Drug Purchasing. Leah collaborated and partnered with senior executives by offering pragmatic advice and developing strategies to address both legal and business risks and benefits. Lastly, Leah prepared responses to government inquiries from Boards of Pharmacy, Departments of Insurance, and federal agencies including CMS, DEA and FTC.

Prior to their role at Prime Therapeutics, Leah served as Counsel, Compliance Analyst at American Financial Printing, Inc. from October 2004 to October 2008.

Leah Bailey completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Buffalo, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies and Italian. Leah then attended the University of Minnesota Law School, where they obtained their Doctor of Law degree.

They work with David Wheeler - Chief Financial Officer, Joe Ellison - SVP of HR, and John Lee - VP, Business Development. Leah Bailey reports to Mike Ellis, CEO.
