Michael McDonald

Michael McDonald, RPh. has over 20 years of experience in the pharmacy industry. Michael began their career as the Vice President of Pharmacy Operations at Maxor National Pharmacy Services, where they later became the Director of Pharmacy Operations. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Vice President at Preferred Homecare/Lifecare Solutions and the Area Vice President of Operations at Option Care. Michael also held the position of Director of Pharmacy, Central Operations at Healix Infusion Therapy. McDonald has a background in program operations, having worked as the Vice President of Program Operations at US Bioservices and the Regional Vice President at Amerita, Inc. Additionally, they have experience in specialty pharmacy management, having served as the AVP and General Manager of Specialty Pharmacy at Caremark and AdvancePCS. McDonald has expertise in various aspects of pharmacy operations, including P&L administration, staffing, training, and accreditation standards. Michael has also overseen the operations of retail pharmacies and infusion pharmacies, providing services to a variety of patients.

Michael McDonald, RPh, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from The University of Texas at Austin. Michael also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Lamar University. Additionally, they pursued business studies at Rice University. Michael also has obtained various pharmacist licenses from multiple states, including Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.
