Ann Foley-Collins has worked in a variety of roles since 1993. Ann began their career as an Instructional Designer at The Faxon Company. In 1996, they transitioned to Fidelity Investments as an Instructional Designer/Performance Consultant, where they developed new hire orientation, new client training, systems training, policy and procedure training, and management development training. In 2007, they moved to Performance Change Initiatives as a Performance Consultant, working on a team that designed a Portfolio and Program Management methodology and curriculum. From 2004 to 2015, Ann was the President and Owner of glee gifts, inc., where they were responsible for all aspects of store ownership/management. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Founder, Meeting and Event Planner at Big Rock Events, USA, where they cultivated and maintained relationships with clients, event/party planners, and other companies. Finally, since 2020, Ann has been a Team Lead Manager and Sales and Marketing Ambassador at MaxSold.

Ann Foley-Collins attended Burncoat High School from 1976 to 1978. Ann then attended Endicott College from 1978 to 1980, where they earned an Associates in Retail. Ann continued their education at Emerson College, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Communication in 1990 and a Master in Communication in 1991. Ann also holds three ServSafe certifications in Alcohol, Allergens, and Manager.
