Ishita Roy Chowdhury

Ishita Roy Chowdhury has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2018, they worked as a part-time associate at I-PAC, where they focused on marketing the general elections and encouraging youth participation. Ishita also worked as a researcher at the University of Queensland, collecting data and conducting interviews for a CP project. In 2019, they worked as a digital marketing trainee at Laugh out Loud Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and as a corporate trainer and sales and marketing executive at Lycaon, where they trained individuals on interpersonal and soft skills.

From 2020 to 2022, Ishita worked at Maxsource Technologies, starting as a creative content writer and progressing to roles as a senior creative content writer, creative content team lead, and eventually as a creative content head and project manager. In 2022, they also became a motivational speaker and self-development mentor, offering personalized mentoring sessions and hosting workshops on various topics.

Prior to that, they attended Central Modern School, Baranagar, where they studied humanities. In 2022, they enrolled in a course called "Live Your Passion. Build An Income." at Jay Shetty courses. In addition to their academic achievements, Ishita also obtained various certifications, including a Certificate for Social work from HelpAge India, a Certificate of Appreciation for Volunteering from Kolkata Comedy Festival, and a Certificate of Excellence for active participation as a Core team member from I-PAC (Indian Political Action Committee), among others. Ishita also received certificates for outstanding academic performance in 10th and 12th standard from Kolkata Municipal Corporation and certificates of participation for their involvement in various departmental events at St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata.
