Jay Ryder

Jay Ryder currently serves as the Head of Practice at Maxwell Bond® since December 2023. Prior to this role, Jay was a Senior Consultant at Computer Futures, focusing on Software Development within the Embedded and Internet of Things industries. Jay has a strong background in recruitment and management, having led the Leeds office at g2 Recruitment while overseeing operations and strategy in multiple capacities since 2019. Experience includes roles as an Executive Consultant, Channel Sales Manager at PRISM Group, and various positions in media and communication. Jay holds a BA Hons in Sports Journalism from The University of Huddersfield and has built a diverse career across sectors, enhancing expertise in recruitment, leadership, and operational management.
