Steven Chau

Steven Chau is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and maintaining internal tools and applications across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Maxwell since October 2021, Steven previously held roles at Data Axle and Techstars, where responsibilities included support for startup programs and building tools for organizational needs. Steven began a career in web development with positions at Startup Weekend, CremaLab, and other contracting roles, showcasing expertise in front-end and back-end development. In addition to technical skills, Steven has demonstrated leadership as Events Chair for the Social Media Club of Kansas City and contributed to healthcare IT solutions at Cerner Corporation, underlining a diverse and impactful career in technology. Steven earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Truman State University in 2006.
