Jennifer Karins is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in managing residential communities. Currently serving as Senior Property Manager at MAXX Properties since January 2024, Jennifer previously held the role of Community Manager at the same company from August 2016 to October 2023, overseeing 472 apartments and a staff of 14. Prior to this, Jennifer managed communities at Echelon Property Group, LLC, Alliance Residential Company, and Riverstone Residential Group, demonstrating strong leadership and operational skills across various property sizes and management challenges. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Colorado State University.
