Brian Shea

Brian Shea has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Their most recent position was as the Director of Learning and Development at May Institute. Prior to that, they served as the Director, Learning, Development, and Employee Experience at Catapult, where they focused on enhancing leadership, culture, and employee satisfaction. Brian also held roles such as Senior Program Leader, Talent Management at Ocean Spray Cranberries, Global Learning and Development Manager at Intralinks, and Senior Learning and Development Lead at NASDAQ/TTI Inc. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing learning and development programs, facilitating training sessions, and collaborating with key stakeholders.
