Joanne Harvey

Joanne Harvey has extensive experience in CRM and loyalty management. Joanne is currently working at Mayborn Group Limited as the Global Head of CRM & Loyalty, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, Joanne worked as the Global CRM & Loyalty Manager at Mayborn Group Limited from September 2019 to April 2022.

Before joining Mayborn Group Limited, Joanne worked at tombola as the CRM Manager from April 2016 to August 2019. Joanne also held the role of Commercial Director at the Institute of Supply Chain Management from March 2013 to April 2016.

Joanne's earlier work experience includes being the Marketing Manager at DLC Training - A Distance Learning College from April 2010 to February 2013, and the Marketing Manager at Business Impact UK Ltd from April 2008 to March 2010.

Joanne began their career in marketing as a Marketing Assistant at Vision2learn from September 2007 to April 2008.

Joanne Harvey attended Northumbria University from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Business & Marketing.
