Brent J. Morris, SPHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Maybourne since July 2023, previously holding the same title at Homeboy Industries from January 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing all Human Resources functions and developing a tailored Talent Strategy for the non-profit sector. Prior experience includes Corporate Director of Talent Development at Montage International, focusing on infrastructure and talent strategies, and Senior Manager of Talent and Organization Development at Universal Studios Hollywood, where leadership and learning programs were managed. Earlier roles involved leading talent development initiatives at Delaware North and serving as Director of Training at Sega Entertainment USA, Inc.
