Currently serving as a Back of House Management Expert and Sustainability Leader at The Berkeley and The Emory Hotels since March 2016, Degraft has successfully transformed operational efficiency and led sustainability initiatives, positioning The Berkeley as a leader in waste management. As Co-founder of Luupli, a social media platform, Degraft champions inclusivity and innovation for underserved creators. Previous roles include Co-founder of OKBC Capital, where strategic growth in agribusiness was driven, and Pro Bono Consultant for Creating Ground, enhancing organizational strategies.
