Jana Klimecki

Jana Klimecki is an experienced professional in people and organisational effectiveness, currently serving as Consulting Portfolio Director at Mayfair Equity Partners LLP since June 2019. As Director at Team Clicks since February 2013, Jana focuses on delivering commercial insights related to people risks and opportunities. Jana co-founded Jumpstart Development in January 2018, offering leadership programmes aimed at enhancing performance and well-being. Previously, Jana founded and directed Tyler Mangan, a consultancy specializing in leadership effectiveness during organizational transitions. Jana has also worked in leadership consulting at Heidrick & Struggles and managed projects at JRBH Strategy & Management. Academically, Jana holds a degree in Political Science and Organisational Behaviour from the University of Warwick and a Master's in Social and Organisational Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
