Julie Eastling, APR has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Julie currently works as the Communications Lead for the Harwick Project at Mayo Clinic, a role that aims to transform administrative services in support of the clinic's strategic plan. Prior to this, they served as a Communications Manager at Mayo Clinic from 2016 to 2022.

Julie's previous experience includes roles as a Program Communications Consultant at the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Foundation from 2005 to 2016, and as a Senior Communications Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota from 1998 to 2005. From 1978 to 1981, they pursued a Master's degree in Zoology at Brigham Young University. Later, from 1985 to 1986, Julie studied Communications at the University of St. Thomas, though no specific degree is listed.
