Elina Wagner

Elina Wagner is a Clinical Systems Project Manager at Mayo Clinic since September 2025, with a robust background in project management within the healthcare sector. Previously, Elina held roles at Parallon from January 2024 to September 2025, advancing from Project Manager to Project Manager II. During tenure with the US Army from July 2018 to June 2023, significant achievements included leading a project that saved over $144K in supply chain costs and managing a 41-person team to enhance clinic operations for nine international events. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Manager in a medical company, where Elina coordinated the deployment of 700 employees to the Middle East, and as Clinical Project Manager focusing on clinical operations and fleet upgrades.
