Robert Childs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and information technology within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Mayo Clinic since April 2015, Robert leads initiatives focused on practice optimization and expansion. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Mercy Health, where significant projects involved the Epic OpTime installation and clinical software updates, and Director of Information Technology at SourceLink Ohio, LLC, overseeing a diverse IT strategy and a team of 20. Robert also founded Domestic Workspaces, LLC, where entrepreneurial skills were applied in marketing and business planning.
