Tova Soroka

Tova Soroka is an experienced professional in UX strategy and design, currently serving as the Lead Experience Design Operations Manager at Mayo Clinic since September 2024, where oversight of an internal knowledge management platform is a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Tova worked at Microsoft from June 2019 to August 2024, holding positions including Sr. Product Designer & Product Operations Manager and UX/UI Design Lead, contributing to the UX strategy for the global government affairs community and enhancing internal platforms. Additional experience includes positions such as Web UX Manager and Program Manager at various organizations, as well as leadership in DesignOps Assembly as Local Chapter Co-Lead and the establishment of the first Design Operations Team at REI. Tova holds a User Experience Design Certificate from the School of Visual Concepts and a degree in Sociology & Expeditionary Studies from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
