Dave Breau

Dave brings battle-hardened legal expertise and strategic acumen to MayStreet. As General Counsel of Straight Path Communications (NYSE American: STRP), a pioneer in the 5G wireless spectrum, he led the company’s efforts to successfully resolve major government enforcement actions and shareholder litigation, and ultimately oversaw the high-stakes tussle between Verizon and AT&T culminating in the $3.1 billion acquisition of the company. Previously, Dave spent nine years as a litigator at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Sidley Austin LLP, representing clients through all phases of various commercial and securities litigations and government investigations. Dave earned his J.D. (cum laude) from Duke University School of Law, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with high honors from Johns Hopkins University.
