Jonathan Rand

As CFO of Straight Path Communications (NYSE American: STRP), Jonathan helmed the growth of the 5G spectrum innovator to a $3.1 billion sale to Verizon following a hotly contested bidding war with AT&T—a more than 30x return. Prior to that, Jonathan was the President and COO of Organic Motion, an innovative VC-funded startup in computer vision technology, where he was named Innovator of the Year by Popular Mechanics in 2008. Jonathan also co-founded Indigo Capital Advisors, a management consulting firm that provides sales and financing strategies and execution to tech startups, and previously spent nearly 10 years in key positions at IDT Corporation and its Net2Phone affiliate. Jonathan earned his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
