Jeff Piper

Jeff Piper has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeff most recently served as the Vice President of Operations - Performance Structures at MEC (Mayville Engineering Company, Inc.) since May 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of President and CEO at HADLEY from December 2019 to May 2020. Jeff has also held various leadership roles at Shape Corp., including Executive VP of Innovation, Strategy, and Global Supply Chain from 2014 to 2019, and Executive Vice President of America's and Global Sales, Customer Relationship Management from 2013 to 2014. Jeff has extensive experience in managing global sales strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business growth. Additionally, Jeff has expertise in sales and engineering for automotive companies such as General Motors, Ford, and FCA.

Jeff Piper has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business. Jeff also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business.
